MIAMI, FL<\/strong> — Alphametic moved its office to Downtown Miami as of March 1st, 2020. The new office space helps make room for the agency\u2019s expanding team and puts them in a central Miami\u2019s Business District location.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The new Alphametic office is located on the top floor of the Chase Bank Building, which is centrally located in the heart of Downtown Miami. The MiMo-style building features 125,000 sq ft of boutique and retail office space, of which Alphametic occupies 1,390 sq ft. The building was designed by renowned architect <\/span>Morris Lapidus<\/span><\/a>, who also designed the iconic Fontainebleau Hotel in Miami Beach. The building was constructed in 1967 and was renovated in 2014 to offer a cleaner and more modern design.<\/span><\/p>\n

Being centrally located in the Miami Business District represents Alphametic\u2019s effort to be more easily available to its local and out-of-town clients. The new office enjoys immediate access to major thoroughfares, including I-95 and US-1, close proximity to a Metromover station, as well to Miami International Airport. The central location and accessibility makes it easy for both Miami-based partners and those who visit from out of town to access Alphametic\u2019s conference space for meetings and presentations.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
